Fort Vale offers 3 choices of Safety Relief Valves for AHF/ TIH Service. Choose between: External (Shear-Off)/ External (Non-Shear-Off) and an Internal Safety Valve. All three-options feature innovative safety and sealing designs as well as significantly higher flows

USED IN BOTH EXTERNAL & INTERNAL SAFEY VALVES

UPSIDE DOWN DISC -

  • Can absorb 90% max allowable working pressure (MAWP) pressure cycling without fatigue indefinitely

  • Standard discs become fatigued after 80% MAWP pressure cycling (3-4 times)

  • Non-Fragmenting

    • Disc petals do not interfere with safety valve


  • Sealed with 2x primary & 1x secondary O-Rings

    • Eliminates current potential leak path
